  1. I just watched a full video from the 2000 Rhode Island festival.actually saw it on Johns’ site.although it was many years ago it brought a smile to my face to watch you sing the lead on the rain the park and other things once again.i also thought it admirable of Bob as he has been singing lead for so many years.it prabobly doesn’t make much sense to comment on something 15 years ago but it is just recently on you tube.i’m 66 and still a big fan.a few years ago I posted that whatever “it” was–you you had it.also a Blue Shadow fan.some more great music.your music lives on.rip.

  2. Billy Cowsill fascinated me with his melodic voice when I first heard the Cowsills on Ed Sullivan. It was sad that he was unable to continue singing with the family as Bob, Barry, Paul ,John and Susan together with their mother were overflowing with talent. It is one of my great pleasures to listen to the more recent you tube videos of Paul Susan and Bob singing together now.
    Remembering you Billy.

  3. You were born on the same date as my daughter. You will always be remembered!!! RIP Bill

  4. Remembering bill cowsill on his birthday. Truly one of the most talented musicians to come out of that era. A very talented family. Probably the best.

  5. I’m the younger Cowsills age 53, and a recent fan. Earlier this year I watched Dumb and Dumber and really liked the song, “The Rain, The Park and Other Things” and looked up the artists and found your music on YouTube. I was so caught up in your music and would watch videos every once in awhile. Today I streamed the documentary “Family Band: The Cowsills” and my husband walked in and watched it with me. It was really good and sad. Such a talented family. I also found out today that Richard lived in my hometown in NM and I told my husband that we should try to meet him. Whe I Googled his name I sadly learned he passed away this past July 2014. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Bill, Barry, and most recently, Richard Cowsill. I am thankful that I found your music and if you’re ever in ALBUQUERQUE I will definitely go see your band. Sincerely Rose????

  6. We miss you so very much Billy. So sad that many of our heros are now gone (i.e., John Lennon, Carl Wilson, and of course you, just to name just a few). As it has been said many times, you truly were the “Brian Wilson” of the Cowsills.
love, Joe and Linda from Merrimack, New Hampshire.
