Highlights of Newport
- Having Kat and Randy meet me on the flight in Nashville. Y'ALL ARE NICE YOU KNOW
IT? poor Randy, he wanted to look out the window of the plane and i wouldn't open it.
- Meeting more hairheads at the airport, Kathy and Don (is he a hairhead now?),
Marilynn. and Jennifer!
- Meeting yet more hairheads at the hotel!
- Going on the vampire tour!! Getting our blood sucked!! By mosquitos!
 Yesterday's ... SO many
Hairheads coming in and coming in and coming in ... we took OVER that place. And then
Barry, and Robby! And John and Bill (I DIDN'T SEE BILL OUTSIDE, THEY SAID HE WAS THERE!!)
and Susan was there for a minute!- The meeting in Connie's suite. YET MORE HAIRHEADS!! Eddie singing and playing
and Rich leading everybody in Doo Wah Diddy Diddy.
- The concert Sat night!!!! WAY BEYOND BELIEF. THIS JUST HAS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!!
SOMEWHERE, SOMEHOW! I Each and every song was an EVENT. a HAPPENING.
- The jukebox jam and sing along at Yesterdays. well, maybe we didn't take over
the place. maybe we were few in numbers. but the music was pure quality. THE PARTRIDGE
FAMILY RULES!!!!!
- The meet and greet. so many Cowsills, so many autographs!!! They are each so
nice!! So what if i did get in line three times. HEE HAW, ROBBY.
- The concert Sunday nite. yay, Auntie Flo! WHAT A VERSION OF WE CAN FLY!!.
I don't know what to say about this music, except it is just a tragedy that stuff this
GREAT isn't heard by more people. SO MUCH TALENT ON ONE STAGE!!! how does something like
that happen??? i was blown away. WHAT A WAY TO SEE THE COWSILLS FOR THE FIRST TIME. Sat
night I was just frozen watching and Sunday nite couldn't sit still. MORE MORE MORE MORE
MORE!!!!!!
 BARRY'S LITTLE JAM THING
AFTERWARDS!!! this was just like a dream world imagined concert. Bob on drums, Barry being
Barry and just killing us, all the "guest" performers, you were all AWESOME.
WILD THING!!!!! LET'S DANCE! I don't imagine i have even scratched the surface here..... - ...... and Newport is just great. way different than Texas. hahahaha.
