You're my favorite member of  The Cowsills and tell the rest of your band mates I said hi.

The Cowsills music is the most perfect way for me to mentally move back to the late 60's. It represented a perfect kind of hope in those times. I think because it was coupled with the images of family band touring and being on TV, something that seemed so impossible and wonderful to me as a child. I had such a crush on you. (I thought you we my age, you were a few years younger.) In the 30 some years since then I know everything has changed several times for all of us. But that particular point in time, when I think of your music, remains pure and perfect. Thank you for that.

Hi Susan I just wanted you to know that we are both May babies. I was born on May 27th, 1955. I was a Cowsills' fan throughout the sixties and the seventies. I've always wondered what became of you and your family since then. So, I to look you up on the web. It looks like God has been good to you. I've got to go. Jesus loves you. In Christ Bill

Hi Susan! Way back in the late '60's, I wrote you a long letter and sent a poster-size photo of my school picture (goofy yes, but I was hoping to get your attention). Your mom replied and an equally long letter, much to my surprise and pleasure! I sincerely hope all is well with you and that your future is at least as bright as you made my childhood.

Hi Susan: You were my first concert in 1968 at the Colliseum in Manchester. I was 13 and you were 9 :) I hear your brother John and Vicki are getting engaged. Congratulations. Im off to the Orange county fair for vacation. Vicki and the bangles are playing July 17th. Hop eto see you there

One of my favorite songs of all time is "Hair". I just heard it recently after not hearing it for many years. Thanks for reminding me of the innocence of the 70's. This song has so many directions, melodies and emotions. It 's sort of in the same vein of "Good Morning Starshine" by Oliver in the way it changes emotionally throughout the song. I especially like Susan's solo part in the song...so cool. You guys rock. I've lived in Providence for 3 years now and am looking forward to seeing you guys in September. How's that for a corny fan letter?

Susan: Here's wishing you a happy birthday. Besides that, I wanted to let you know that I got reacquainted with you from your work with The Continental Drifters. Let me tell you, I was completely blown away by your songwriting and vocal chops! Your contributions on "Better Days" were clearly head and shoulders above what anyone in the group brought to those sessions and to that release. Susan, I tried to call you on 2 occassions at Russels' before I left Norway. I left a message twice on Vicky's mobil phone, and as you can see, I e-mailed you here on the 4th to say that I would be in New Oreleans on the 18th, 19th, and 20th, which I was. What a pity.

You brought magic to my childhood and gave to me the courage to pursue my dream of being a professional singer as an adult. My most treasured memory is of my 10-year-old self sitting atop my fathers shoulders and screaming uncontrollably while watching you perform at the Michiagan State Fair in 1967. Happy Birthday, Susan! You look so happy and beautiful in your grown-up pictures. I think you must really enjoy being a mom (I know I do), so for your birthday, I'm wishing that you have lots of special Mom-and-daughter times with your daughter this year. (I hope I'm remembering that right, that you have a daughter!) I took my son fishing the other day. He's 13 now. I told him, "In another year or two, you're going to be standing here fishing...with your girlfriend! And all I will be good for is driving you to and from your dates!" He laughed and said, "No, Mom, I'll still want to fish with you sometimes, too." Very cute. Then he proceeded to catch a northern pike, a long skinny fish with teeth. Eeek! I hope you have lots of fun this year. Happy Birthday!

Hello, Hello! I like your smile! Susan, I just had to write, to wish you a most Happy Birthday! Wish I could celebrate it with you. There would be no greater pleasure than to sit down with you and a couple of acoustic guitars to play and sing with you. I met you once after a show in Fort Worth, Texas at the King's Pub on October 20 ,1971. I held your hand and told you I was a fan of yours, not just the band's. It still holds true today. Hey Suzan We are the same age, I remember seeing you play at Janaf shopping center in va beach. you were sooooo cute . That must had been in the early 70,s. To be honest you fell from my thoughts.But its funny how when your name was mentioned, I could still here the echoed voices and see a colidiscope of images dance in my mind back to a time in my past.But anyway its great to see you are still going strong. My daughter and I saw you on TV and really enjoyed your music. I was a musician when I was younger with my brothers. I think it's special that you and your family play together. Thank you for your great music!
